1 1/2 oz vodka of your choice
-
1/2 oz Kahlua

Recipe: This recipe looks best in a martini glass, but any cocktail glass will work! Brew your Emblem Espresso Pod in a separate glass and let your rich caramel espresso cool for just a minute as you get all of your materials together. Place your glass of choice in the freezer to chill it thoroughly before serving for a perfectly frosty finish. Grab your cocktail shaker and fill it to the top with ice. Strain and pour your martini into your chilled glass, and garnish with ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice-- because you’re fancy!
Maple Espresso Old Fashioned
This twist on the classic Old Fashioned is a delicious fusion of espresso and maple syrup, offering a modern, rich twist on a timeless favorite.
Ingredients:
-
2 oz bourbon (we suggest a maple bourbon if you have it)
-
1/2 oz pure maple syrup
-
2 dashes Angostura bitters
-
Ice
-
Orange twist for garnish
Recipe:
Start by brewing your French Roast Capsule into a separate glass. We found that the smoky flavor of this espresso paired perfectly with the oaky undertones of the bourbon. For this recipe, a short glass works best. Place this glass in the freezer or fill it with ice to chill while you prep your drink. In a mixing glass or shaker, combine your espresso, bourbon, maple syrup and bitters. Add ice to your mixing glass and stir well to marry all of the flavors together. Take your chilled glass and fill with fresh ice (we recommend a large square cube if available, but regular ice will also suffice!) Strain the contents from your mixing glass over the ice. For a complimentary garnish, express the oils from an orange twist over the drink by holding it over the glass and giving it a twist, then drop the twist into the glass. Sip and savor the rich, complex flavors of your Maple Espresso Old Fashioned!
Pumpkin Spice Irish Coffee
Luck of the Irish, this drink is delicious! This warm cup is the perfect drink for cozying up around a fire, or enjoying on a cool fall evening.
Ingredients:
-
1 oz Irish Whiskey
-
1 oz Bailey Irish Cream
-
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
-
Whipped cream
-
Ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice (for garnish)
Recipe: Brew as much dark roast Autumn Blend as your heart desires, for one serving of this recipe you’ll need about a cups worth. This blend is full of spice that compliments perfectly with the fall flavors found in this recipe. This warm recipe is served best in a coffee glass or mug. Pour one cup of Autumn Blend into your cup. Next, add your portion of pumpkin puree and mix with a spoon. Mixing the pumpkin puree first helps ensure it integrates smoothly into the coffee and avoids lumps in your drink. The flavor fusion of the Autumn Blend and pumpkin puree is unmatched and is what makes this recipe so great! After your pumpkin puree is well incorporated, add your Irish whiskey and Baileys and stir gently to combine. Top with a generous amount of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin spice, and enjoy!
