Ethiopia Guji

This coffee, from the Hambela Estate in Oromia, Ethiopia, is an exquisite heirloom variety with strong, lush flavors of blackcurrant and pink lemonade. After harvest, the coffee is dried under the sun to bring out its natural, tart, sweetness. We present it here as a light roast that lets brighter, fruitier flavors of the coffee really shine.
